I build the systems behind growth.

Most growth doesn't break because of a weak product. It breaks at the seams: marketing owns demand, sales owns pipeline, customer success owns renewals, and no one owns the number that connects them. For 22 years my work has been to close those seams and run growth as one system, across borders, channels and audiences, from SMB to $20M ARR.

Two chapters, one discipline

The first half of my career was inside a global media operation: several worldwide magazines, 10 websites and a wider content programme totalling around 5 million words of educational material a year, alongside an archaeology institute and an international classical concert series. Print, broadcast, digital, live events, ticketed touring, subscriptions, and localisation in 10 languages for audiences in 150+ countries. I ran cross-functional teams against fixed concert dates and fixed publication schedules, where the deadline was the audience and shipping late was never an option.

Then I moved into AI and technology: Growth at Move AI, fractional roles at Instea and Lead Semantics, and strategic partnerships for the LangOps Institute. These are companies where the buyer is technical, the cycle is long, and marketing only works when it is tied tightly to sales, product and retention. The surface changed; the discipline did not.

What I bring

  • Long-cycle growth experience
  • Acquisition and retention treated as one engine, not two budgets
  • Marketing and sales aligned on the same numbers
  • Hands-on with RevOps, MarTech and AI workflows
  • An operator's seat, not an adviser's
  • Multi-channel reach across print, broadcast, digital and live
  • Multilingual operations across continents
  • Cross-functional leadership and strategic partnerships

The mandate I'm looking for

I'm open to CGO, CMO and Head of Marketing roles. What I want is real growth ownership with enough operating room to build the system properly, not a marketing seat without influence over the rest of the funnel. If you'd like to bring me in, the ways to engage are on the Growth page.
