Business Orchestration and Automation Technology (BOAT) is the layer that closes those gaps: it connects your systems and automates the flow of content and context between them, across languages, formats, and platforms. When to bring us in

• Every market launch rebuilds the process. Expanding into a new country means re-wiring translation, review, and publishing by hand, every time.
• People are the integration. Your team spends hours each week moving content between the CMS, the translation tool, the support desk, and the spreadsheets in the middle.
• AI is wanted, governance is missing. You want AI models in the content flow, but you need human review, brand control, and an audit trail before you can trust it.
• Nobody owns the plumbing. Engineering has no capacity for content integrations, so process owners glue tools together by hand and hope nothing changes.

How we work: three parts

• Map. We sit with your team and trace where content actually moves and where it stalls. Out of that comes one agreed answer: the first workflow worth automating, the one that returns the most time.
• Build. We design and build the workflows in Blackbird, working alongside Blackbird's solution architects. Pre-built apps where they exist, custom-built ones where they don't, and checkpoints wherever human judgment belongs in the flow.
• Run and hand back. The first workflow goes live, we measure the time it returns, and we hand your team a motion it can run without us. We stay as close, or as far, as you need.

Who you'll work with

The work is led by Edwin Trebels, who has spent more than twenty years in localization and content operations and is recognized as a LangOps Pioneer by LangOps.org. You get someone who has designed and run these pipelines himself, not just advised on them.
